1. Where do you ship from?

All of our items ship directly from the supplier or maker. Most items ship from within the United States, some from Canada, and a few from Europe and Bali. The benefits of this model are vast - including, but not limited to, being able to offer a wider range and number of products, in addition to cutting down on multiple shipments which helps to limit negative environmental impacts.

2. If I purchase more than one item, will they all arrive together?

If you purchase multiple items from the same brand or maker, they will likely arrive in the same package, but not always. Additionally, multiple items from different brands or makers will be arriving separately. They should all arrive around the same time, unless otherwise stated!

3. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times can vary depending on the product and supplier, however average receiving time for domestic shipping is between 5-7 business days. On some product pages, you will see in italic an explanation of the products origin and/or if the product is made to order. Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as delays on the shipping company's part or unforeseen circumstances. Rest assured, we will do our best to keep you informed throughout the process.

4. Do you offer international shipping?

No, at this time we do not offer international shipping. However, we plan to offer it in the future.

5. Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress and estimated delivery date. 

6. What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery. Please refer to our Returns Policy page for detailed instructions on how to initiate a return and any specific conditions that may apply.

7. Are returns free?

At this time, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please review our Returns Policy page for specific information on return shipping costs and any applicable fees.

8. How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team hello@shopjunque.com within 30 days of receiving your order. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with any necessary instructions.

9. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

In the event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately hello@shopjunque.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and ensure that you receive a replacement or a refund, as applicable.
