We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. At this moment, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

- Warming white nettle leaf is a common Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) herb and is natural mild astringent – helping to balance sebum production, reduce oil production, and firm skin
- Energizing neem seed oil is an Ayurvedic staple; comforts irritated skin, naturally combats breakouts, and protects skin from environmental damage
- Aloe vera and allantoin hydrate while soothing irritated complexions
- Skin is left ultra soft, radiant, and firm after cleansing due to peptides and gluconolactone, a PHA (poly-hydroxy acid) that gently exfoliates skin
- Features / Fragrance & essential oil-free + vegan formula; colors are from 100% natural extracts and botanicals.
Note: The color of this product may naturally change in response to the elements (light, air) due to the colors being derived from plant-based, natural extracts. This does not impact the efficacy of the formula. To prevent the color change, store the product in a cabinet and keep it away from direct/indirect light.
